Brampton, Canada Kick Start Therapy Inc Full time

Kick Start Therapy Inc. is seeking a **Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)** who is passionate about taking a **holistic, client-centred approach** and enjoys collaborating within a **multi-disciplinary team**. **Key Responsibilities**
- Complete **speech and language assessments** and develop individualized, functional treatment plans for pediatric clients.
- Deliver **1:1 and group therapy** sessions (in-clinic and/or community-based, as applicable).
- Provide **ongoing supervision and support to Communicative Disorders Assistants (CDAs)**, including monitoring goals and treatment progress.
- Maintain timely and accurate **documentation in the EMR**, including assessment reports, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Collaborate with caregivers, schools (as appropriate), and members of the **multi-disciplinary team** to support generalization and carryover.
- Participate in team meetings, clinical collaboration, and continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements
- **Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology** from an accredited university.
- **Registration in good standing with CASLPO** (College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario).
- **New graduates**, and
- **Internationally educated professionals** who are **eligible to register with CASLPO** and complete any required mentorship/supervision.
- Must be **eligible to work in Ontario**.
- **Vulnerable Sector Police Check** (required).
