We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Product to join our team in Toronto. As the Head of Product, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy, driving product innovation, and ensuring the successful development and launch of new products that delight our customers and drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the product strategy, aligning it with the overall business goals and objectives of Mani Wonders Inc.
- Lead and manage a team of product managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive their professional growth and success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and operations, to define and prioritize product roadmaps.
- Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify market trends, customer needs, and product opportunities.
- Define product vision, positioning, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business objectives.
- Work closely with design and engineering teams to translate product concepts into tangible, innovative solutions.
- Drive product innovation by identifying emerging technologies and market opportunities.
- Lead the product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring successful execution and timely delivery.
- Define and track key product metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and sales enablement materials.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and product enhancements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Manage product budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure efficient utilization and timely delivery of products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology advancements, and market disruptions to inform product strategy.
- Act as the product evangelist, representing Mani Wonders Inc. in industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Head of Product, Director of Product, or similar leadership role in a product-driven organization.
- Strong knowledge of product management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in the Engineering/Ecommerce industry or a related field is highly desirable.
