Calgary, Canada HKB Logistics Ltd. Full time

We are a fast-growing logistics and supply chain company dedicated to providing efficient and reliable services across Canada. Our team is looking for a detail-oriented and organized **Document Clerk** to support our documentation and administrative operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, process, and manage shipping, receiving, and customs documents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments and logistics transactions
- Verify data and ensure document compliance with company policies and government regulations
- Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and logistics coordinators to track shipments
- File and retrieve documents as needed, both physically and electronically
- Perform general office duties, including data entry and report generation
- Respond to document-related inquiries from internal departments and external partners

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or document handling preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with logistics software (e.g., SAP, WMS) is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.97-$47.68 per hour
