**What you will do**
- Customer Service_
- you are the face of the office - your personality and smile are essential
- greet and answer patients' questions, ensuring they have optimal privacy
- help patients with medical tasks such as heights, weights, ekgs, eye exams and blood pressure
- offer friendly helpful, knowledgeable and quick service to people in your community
- Administrative Support_
- answer phones, file patient information and schedule appointments
- maintain reception area, patient rooms and waiting rooms
- managing referrals, processing billings and other administrative tasks,
- Create teams and partnerships_
- collaborate with a diverse team toward a common goal - patient care
- network with doctors, allied health professionals and other medical personal
- be part of a multi clinic team of doctor's offices across Winnipeg

**What you will know**
- previous customer service experience required
- previous medical clinic experience an asset
- MOA certificate preferred
- knowledge in accuro or other EMR systems is beneficial

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $15.30-$16.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Dental receptionist: 1 year (required)
