Ecommerce and Product Specialist

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Sales scale. Research and analysis**:

- Drive sales via advanced tactics & Amazon/other marketplaces sales, coupons, deals, etc.
- Drive top-line growth through tracking KPIs & setting quarterly goals.
- Ensure compliance and knowledge of marketplace policies and guidelines and communicate these changes to the organization.
- Use inventory and sales reports to make recommendations for product placement, pricing, and positioning, bundled offerings, and new item product development that drives revenue.
- Forecast inventory needs for all products in all marketplaces.
- Leverage understanding of the brand, client, and our core competencies to ensure the right questions are asked related to client requests to ensure we have a clear understanding of the work that is requested.
- **Operational tasks**:

- Executes the day-to-day operational updates to our marketplace channels, including Amazon and Walmart as well as future expansion to additional marketplaces.
- Monitor and inventory levels and coordinate product replenishment as needed.
- Analyze reasons that cause returns and replacements of the damaged or faulty products. Formulate logical conclusions and create potential solutions.
- Own communication with internal fulfillment and operational team for packing and tracking to ensure timely and accurate receipt of product.
- Work with the fulfillment team to ensure timely, effective product delivery.
- Manage shipping plans for all marketplaces.
- Develop and evaluate shipping and order fulfillment reports and proactively resolve order/fulfillment issues.
- Analyze weekly inventory and sales reports, provide recommendations to internal teams as needed, and set and track targets for various metrics.
- Engage broadly with the business and operational team to frame, structure, and prioritize optimization across our supply chain.
- **Content**:

- Be the go-to expert for Amazon and other marketplaces' content requirements for both basic/essential and A+/enhanced and maintain a library of best practices for internal teams.
- Work on listings bulk uploads via Flat Files.
- Use tools and software to optimize content based on your strong knowledge of keyword research, Amazon algorithm, and product search rankings.
- Detailed maintenance and improvement of listings to increase product ranking.
- Perform content auditing, monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting of systems to ensure content adheres to brand and retailer specifications.
- Work with Amazon Seller Support & Account Managers to resolve issues such as downed listings account health and compliance updates.
- **Paid Advertisement. **Create paid and organic media strategies on and off of Amazon, quantify return-on-investment and ensure spending and efforts are performing to their most significant potential.

**Qualification**:

- 5 + years’ experience with Amazon (VC, SC, DF), Wayfair, Walmart, and eBay directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Great understanding of Amazon fundamentals such as Amazon Best Practices, A/B tests, listing creation, listing optimization, search terms research & analysis.
- Demonstrated understanding of web technologies, browsers, analytics, reporting, and content management systems and processes
- Expertise in tools like Helium 10, Viral Launch, Elite Seller, etc.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter who enjoys working as part of a team and independently.
- Experience working with project management tools.
