**What Does It Take?**
- 40-50 hour work weeks.
- Weekend flexibility (weather dependent)
- A coachable mindset and the ability to take feedback and criticism effectively
- Willingness to learn how to speak with clients and handle their questions and concerns

- Access to a full-time vehicle and license
- A desire to make money and put in serious effort

**What's The Pay?**

Starting at $17/hr, the most motivated and willing will make $20-25/hr Opportunity for bonuses, prizes and promotions as well
