**About Us**

We manage a diverse portfolio of long-term rentals, short-term furnished suites, and condominium communities while fostering meaningful relationships with residents, owners, and vendors.

**What You’ll Do**
- Manage a portfolio of long-term and short-term rental properties.
- Build positive relationships with residents and guests, addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and coordinating move-ins/outs.
- Advertise, market, and lease vacant units, including screening applicants and executing lease agreements.
- Conduct inspections, coordinate maintenance, and implement preventative measures.
- Oversee repairs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Work with service providers to ensure quality work and obtain competitive quotes.
- Be available for emergencies, including participation in an on-call rotation.
- Use property management software to streamline operations.
- Develop long-term maintenance plans and collaborate with property owners.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Post-secondary education or 2+ years of property management experience.
- Commitment to obtaining Phase 1 & Phase 2 Property Management certifications within 12 months.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Proficiency with property management software and tools like Buildium.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Pay: $48,500.00-$53,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
