We are passionate in delivering result and customer satisfaction. To boost our growth, we are looking for Production Manager who can contribute to the following activities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan, Organize, Direct, Control, and Evaluate the operations of manufacturing establishment or the operations or production department of a manufacturing establishment.
- Develop, monitor and control production plan according to the priorities.
- Develop, implement & control production KPI’s. Ensure the product are shipped on time and in full.
- Ensure quality product is produced consistently with minimum wastage.
- Develop and implement plans to efficiently use materials, labor, and equipment to meet production target.
- Plan and manage the establishment of departmental budget.
- Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems, and method of work.
- Efficiently co-ordinate with multi-functional teams and other supporting departments.
- Direct quality control inspection system and develop production reporting procedures.
- Develop equipment maintenance schedule and recommend the replacement of machines.
- Supervise and train or oversee training of employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques.
- Conduct and lead performance management meetings. Empower employees to recommend work methods, tools, and procedures to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in science background, or equivalent with pharmaceutical/nutraceutical industry experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in pharmaceutical / nutraceutical or similar type manufacturing industry.
- Strong mathematics and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and personnel management skills
- Strong attention to details.
- Strong understanding of GMP (good manufacturing process), SOP (standard operating procedures), Quality Standards, and Health & Safety regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs.
