Position**:Field Service Technician**

Location: Regina, SK

Job type: Fulltime

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000

**The impact you will have**

As a **Field Service Technician,** you will be responsible for:

- Scheduling and providing preventative maintenance and repair services at healthcare facilities.
- Effectively promoting and sell Arjo service agreements and products.
- Supervising equipment installation and/or performing uncrate and assembly services
- Instructing customer’s personnel in the operation and proper use of the equipment.
- Assisting sales personnel in marketing all Arjo equipment (joint calls, in-services, sales leads).
- Maintaining an organized parts inventory in a clean Company vehicle.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.

**The skills you will need**
- Undergraduate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Field based electromechanical repair and maintenance experience
- Face to face technical customer service experience
- Sales and/or promotion of service products experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to recommend/promote/sell products and services based on observed client needs.
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting and technical repair skills.
- Ability to travel to multiple customer sites on a regular basis, including overnight stays when needed.
