KONE Québec est à la recherche d'un(e) coordonnateur(trice) de service.

Le but du coordonnateur de service est de soutenir les superviseurs et les représentants dans la gestion des projets et la réduction de leurs charges de travail administratif afin de maximiser le temps passé sur le terrain.

Dans ce rôle, vos responsabilités comprendront:

- Gérer les appels téléphoniques entrants pour la succursale.
- Responsable des comptes à recevoir de la succursale, y compris le suivi de tous les montants impayés, les collections et la production de rapports.
- Entrée d'informations et saisie de données (paie, nouveaux contrats, commandes client, matériel, etc.) dans le système SAP.
- Générer des bons de commande et effectuer un suivi à la réception des marchandises.
- Réception des demandes des clients et répond aux problèmes des clients de manière professionnelle.
- Fournir un soutien administratif à tous les membres de l'équipe de la succursale lorsque requis.
- Effectuer les tâches de réception et d'expédition lorsque requis.

Compétences, éducation et expérience:

- Vous devez avoir un diplôme collégial ou universitaire ou être une personne de métier professionnelle. Une expérience équivalente peut être également considérée.
- Il est considéré comme un atout d'avoir une connaissance de base des pratiques et des contrats de l'industrie de la construction.
- Vous devez être capable d'utiliser des outils informatiques de base tels que le courrier électronique, SAP et MS Office.
- KONE in Quebec City is looking for a new Service branch coordinator.

The purpose of the Branch Coordinator role is to support the Branch Operations by performing administrative and accounting tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, purchasing, reception, customer service and by reducing the administrative workload of the Manager, Supervisors and Salespersons, so that they can maximize the time they spend on the customer and our field forces.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

- Handle incoming phone calls for the Branch.
- Responsible for the accounts receivable for the branch including following up on all outstanding amounts, collections and generation of reports.
- Inputs data entry information (payroll, new contracts, sales orders, material etc) into the SAP system.)
- Generates Purchase Orders and follows up on Goods Receipt.
- Receive customer inquiries and responds to customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provides administrative support to all members of the branch team when required.
- Performs reception and dispatching duties when required.

Skills, Education & Experience:

- You should have a college or university degree or be a professional tradesperson. Equivalent experience may be substituted for degree.
- It is considered an asset to have basic knowledge of construction industry practices and contracts.
