Mainland Ford is currently looking for a Part-Time Valet Coordinator. The Valet Coordinator works closely to lead a team of service drivers in an efficient and organized manner, catering to all the Mainland Ford’s customers across Lower Mainland. The Valet Coordinator also contributes to the operational effectiveness of the Service department

**Wage**: $18.00 -$25.00 per hour - based on experience

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Complies with Trotman Auto Group policies, along with local, provincial and federal laws including those governing the rules of the road, and health and safety
- Dispatches trips for all lower mainland locations in an efficient manner
- Manages activity, routes and performance for a team of Mainland Ford’s Valet/Drivers
- Reconciles daily trip totals and fees and manages Valet schedules
- Makes arrangements for all Fleet & Long Distance Sales Deliveries as necessary
- Inspects every service repair order and/or parts invoice for proper completion and accuracy
- Efficiently helps customers (internal and external) with the highest level of service
- Prepares a detailed and accurate estimate on the cost of labour and parts
- Ensures all resources within the Service department are used effectively
- Communicates effectively with customers, team members and service/parts management regarding maintaining exceptional levels of customer service
- Performs general administration duties such as answering service calls, file invoices and repair orders, process and facilitate payments from service customers

**Requirements**:

- Valid Class 5 or 7 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
- Ability to work outdoors and stand on your feet for extended periods of time
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions
- Ability to receive directions and work well with others
