Market Manager – Surrey, British Columbia

We're looking for a strong operator to step in and run an already fully built, active market with a team of about 10 drivers. We manage an OEM contract out of the Surrey railyard, transporting vehicles directly to dealerships. No loading cars onto trucks — our model uses coordinated teams of drivers who physically drive the units to each destination.

This role is the quarterback of the market. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, manage and support the driver team, handle scheduling, enforce safety standards, maintain training, and make sure every delivery is smooth, compliant, and on time.

The structure is already in place — you're stepping into a clean, stable system with clear expectations and room to grow the market.

Compensation

Base salary: $55,000 annually

Profit share: 10 percent of net profits from the Surrey market

What You'll Take Over

Supervising and supporting a team of ~10 drivers

Scheduling routes and coordinating daily assignments

Monitoring performance, safety, and operational compliance

Training new hires and reinforcing safety protocols

Communicating with railyard personnel and dealership partners

Handling real-time operational challenges as they come up

Maintaining delivery standards, KPIs, and client expectations
