**Responsibilities**
- Utilize Salesforce to track leads and manage appointment schedules effectively.
- Communicate the value of our services clearly and persuasively to generate interest.
- Negotiate appointment times that accommodate both client availability and sales team schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential clients and follow up as necessary.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from appointment setting to sales meetings.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to enhance your outreach efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a focus on technical sales preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Familiarity with telemarketing practices and techniques is a plus.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and achieving targets.

Pay: $43,790.00-$44,689.00 per year
