Issue the required weekly/monthly reports, analysis and reconciliation’s including recommend corrective action.
- Perform accounting related work including review and account for journal entries, financial statement and financial reports.
- Perform financial analysis for company operating costs, profits and shareholder dividends; prepare financial and sales reports and present it to stakeholders in regular basis.
- Provide Financial support for all key Commercial Meetings including Monthly performance reviews, Annual plans, Demand Review meetings.
- manage and monitor year-end transaction statement, enter and review the accounting ledger and government tax remittance.
- control and monitor cash flow, expense and bank account entry and participate in the year-end financial audits and government audits.
- Coordinating audit process.
- Develop Business Plans and optimize financial processes to drive efficiencies while maintaining a strong compliance culture.
- Work with other departments to assist in development financial business plan and track/explain variance on an ongoing basis in annual Budget process.
- Present ongoing outlook in relation and plan data by category to avoid risks and seek opportunities.
- Improves and implements financial policies, systems and processes.
- Monitoring internal and cost controls.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of management experience.
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
- Advanced Excel/Access proficiency and proficiency in accounting software.
- Good communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and strong leadership qualities.
- Have good concept and knowledge of POS system.
- Excellent Analytical Skills.
- Self-starter with ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Master's degree in accounting or equivalent preferred.
- CPA preferred.
