As the Experiential (Tradeshow & Events) Marketing Coordinator, you will provide coordination of trade show supply inventory and logístical support to the Senior Manager, Global Experiential Marketing, in the implementation of Corporate trade show and event participation, designed to increase visibility within specific industries and support the company’s divisions and marketing objectives. You will support the Senior Manager to evaluate participation against objectives for current events versus previous events and evaluate the feasibility and ROI of future events and new possibilities. You will also will be responsible for planning and executing small trade shows/events.
**Requirements**:
- Assist in logistics and product/inventory coordination of all North American trade shows/events
- Coordinate logístical details to ensure they meet event deadlines and budget requirements
- Assist in setting up Vbooths (virtual)
- Report back on event activity and assist in the formal evaluation of events against objectives
- Ensure all interested internal stakeholders are informed about upcoming events
- Problem-solve to ensure smooth logistics and set up by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in the gathering of show leads
- Independently plan and execute small trade shows and events, and ensure all materials are professionally displayed in an environment that is conducive to selling
**Qualifications**
- 6 months to 2 years trade show experience in North America
- Diploma in Marketing, Business and Communications, Project Management, or Event Planning, an asset
- Event planning, presentation and communication skills
- Front line customer service (sales)
- Trade show booth etiquette
- Creativity and imagination
- High level organization and attention to detail
- Financial analysis and reporting know-how
- MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Drafting / CAD drawing interpretation
- Basic electrical and rigging knowledge
- Basic understanding using internal inventory system for product search
- Valid passport and ability to complete light travel within North America
