**Position Summary**
We are seeking a hands-on and experienced **Nighttime Operations Supervisor** to lead our overnight fueling operations in **Red Deer, Alberta**. This critical role ensures seamless delivery execution, driver coordination, route management, equipment upkeep, and client satisfaction — all during our most vital shift hours.

You will supervise a team of nighttime drivers, manage dispatch and logistics, and step in to perform deliveries when needed. If you're a night owl with leadership skills and a Class 1 license in hand, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate nightly fuel deliveries across client locations in the Alberta region
- Serve as the primary point of contact and support for night shift drivers
- Manage dispatching, route planning, and schedule changes based on client needs
- Operate company fuel trucks to complete deliveries as needed
- Monitor vehicle condition, report mechanical issues, and coordinate with vendors for maintenance
- Ensure safety compliance and incident prevention across all overnight operations
- Provide shift handover reports and maintain alignment with daytime operations
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients when on-site or responding to inquiries

**Qualifications**
- Valid Class 1 Driver’s Licence
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience (preferably in logistics, transportation, or fuel delivery)
- Availability to work **overnight shifts (Monday-Friday evenings)**:

- Reliable personal vehicle for transportation to and from site
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Fluent in English
