**Role**:
Sunrise Farms is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, detail-oriented individual, who is a strong team player and can work with mínimal supervision and show sound judgment.

**Responsibilities**:

- HACCP Monitoring - critical controls
- Monthly Audits / Inspections - GMP, Facility
- Product sampling and quality testing online
- Microbiological swabbing of equipment surfaces, plating
- Operational condition monitoring - temperatures, plant conditions
- Pre-operational inspections - visual / smell (Evis/Production)
- Equipment Calibrations / monitoring
- Data entry tasks
- Record verification tasks
- Other tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Have working knowledge of Microsoft programs
- Be fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Be available for overtime if the processing schedule requires it
- Be a fast learner
- Be able to work under extreme pressure and tight deadlines
- Have experience in QA / food processing
- Have education related to food / quality
- Are familiar with microbiological testing, laboratory procedures and equipment
- Have post-secondary education
