Our Big Molly site near Glenevis (40 minutes northwest of Spruce Grove) is our regional Sand Processing Facility where we mine, wash and dry frac sand for direct shipment to our customers. We take pride in our product and value our employees while providing a close-knit, local place to work.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Load Out**
- Follow all Wayfinder Corp. and OHS safety policies, complete Pre-job hazard assessments, reviewing with team members at the start of every shift: report any safety hazards or unsafe work practices
- Communicate with all drivers in a courteous, professional manner; efficiently line up trucks to be loaded in the ideal spot, while completing ticket and loadout information reporting
- Practice and provide recommendations for optimal loadout efficiency; be up to date on clients and their current product orders, load weights and capacity, silo inventories
- Troubleshooting and repairing issues with TCS, kiosk systems and BOL’s
- Assist drivers with entrance and exit from the scale, overseeing trucks loading out
**QA/QC**
- Support QA/QC team by ensuring that the product shipped out is to Wayfinder Standards; complete associated tests and tasks to ensure product exceeds all quality benchmarks
- Take necessary number of samples from various areas on site to ensure quality of production and product; Take sand samples correctly and on time from each designated bucket elevator
- Upload daily sample data, watch for trends in product samples, record test results. File and Categorize QA/QC files and items as per Wayfinder recommendations
- Help team with maintenance, basic mechanical repairs, tidying / cleaning facility, and workspace. Shoveling for areas as required, organize lab and tools, cross-training etc.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- **Previous Sand Process Plant experience is strongly preferred**. The successful hire will be able to demonstrate their prior operational experience within sand processing plants, production, or other industrial settings
- Mechanical aptitude and it's applied experience in process plant, production or other industrial settings
- The ability to demonstrate initiative and adaptability; a proactive mindset is required. This position involves operational challenges that require quick thinking, and the ability to adjust efforts in the moment to minimize or eliminate NPT
- Strong computer skills are required, attention to detail with regular reporting and documentation
- Full Class 5 Drivers with a clean abstract and reliable transportation
