We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Embroidery & Heat Press Operator** to join our team. This position involves working with a 4-head embroidery machine and heat press equipment to customize apparel and accessories. Experience is preferred but mandatory.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate a 4-head embroidery machine and heat press
- Read and follow work orders accurately
- Hoop garments and load items for embroidery and pressing
- Thread machines, change designs, and monitor production quality
- Perform light machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Work independently and manage time effectively

**Qualifications**:

- Experience is preferred but not mandatory. We will provide training
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Good hand-eye coordination and ability to follow instructions
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
