As an important part of our Digital sales team, you can turn an interest into a deal. You are a team player with excellent communication and negotiations skills. As part of the sales team, you build new business by continuously seeking, identifying and closing opportunities.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Generate new software license and technology product business opportunities through direct contact with mining companies and mining contractors.
- Generate upsell opportunities to existing customers, including account planning for key customers.
- Work together with other internal Epiroc stakeholder to create new business opportunities.
- Work with local and central Marketing to plan and create leads generating activities.
- Have a deep understanding of the Software solutions, including customer values and use of the system.
- Organize and deliver sales training and information sessions for internal stakeholders to create awareness of Digital products.
- Align and verify the proposed solution and pricing with central sales organization. Secure that the solution is in line with the product portfolio and that the needed resources are allocated for implementation and handover to support.
- Responsible for customer contact negotiations. Handover to local and central project organization after sign contract.
- Actively report and communicate customer requirements, trends, issues and opportunities.

**EXPERIENCE**
- You have minimum 5 years of working experience in sales / business development for software / digital solutions in B2B with proven sales track record.

**KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION**
- You have a degree in information systems, computer science or engineering. Alternatively, you can have a degree in business administration in combination with working experience within a technical environment
- You have experience with interacting with and consulting customers on complex technical solutions.
- Ideally you are familiar with mining and underground construction industry.
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills and have the ability to generate trust.
- You are self-driven with a hunter mentality and are willing to frequently with in the region.

- Orders Received and Orders Invoiced
- NPS feedback/results
- Sustainable profitable sales growth
