We are seeking a motivated and experienced Part-Time Bar Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee bar operations, manage staff, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise bar staff and ensure efficient service
- Train and mentor new employees
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
- Create and maintain a positive atmosphere for guests and staff
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in bar management or supervisory roles
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of mixology and beverage trends
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Excellent customer service skills
