**What you will be doing**
- Engaging in informative discussions with patients contemplating dental implant procedures, elucidating the advantages of dental implants, addressing inquiries, and alleviating concerns.
- Collecting comprehensive patient records, encompassing X-rays, intra-oral scans, CBCT scans and clinical photographs.
- Collaborating closely with the surgical team to ensure the seamless execution of all treatment plan components, liaising with surgeons and other team members.
- Presenting treatment plans to patients, offering a clear breakdown of associated costs and payment options.
- Assisting in the coordination of pre and post-operative instructions and providing comprehensive patient education throughout their treatment journey.
- Maintaining active communication with both referring practitioners and external laboratories regarding case updates and requirements.
- Managing administrative responsibilities, including meticulous record-keeping, chart management, treatment quotes and pre-determinations.

**What you will bring**
- Previous experience with treatment and financial coordination is an asset
- A positive attitude with a welcoming and professional demeanour
- Able to multitask and work in a busy environment
- Previous dental implant experience in a dental setting is an asset
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized
- Strong attention to detail
