**Responsibilities**
- Assist in implementing age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development.
- Support the lead teacher in managing classroom dynamics and ensuring a safe, inclusive environment for all children.
- Provide individualized attention to children, including those with working disabilities, to support their unique learning needs.
- Engage children in play-based learning experiences that encourage exploration and creativity.
- Help maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in early childhood education.
**Experience**
- Previous experience working with young children in a classroom or caregiving setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with strategies for supporting children with disabilities is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A genuine love for working with children and fostering their development through education.
