**JOB RESPONSIBLITIES**:

- Including, but not limited to:_
- Responsible for identifying appropriate employee levels to meet requirements of the clientele/projects
- Manage the morale in the Service Department by setting and demonstrating a strong business ethic for dealing with employees, suppliers and customers.
- Generate sales through in-person and telephone customers, repeat customers and sales leads.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints which are escalated from site supervisors or other staff
- Ensure that all reporting employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Prepare Service quotes along with schedules to complete projects.
- Manage site meetings, all on-site personnel, paperwork and any other documents generated by project.
- Ensure that all on-site personnel are following safe work practices.
- Ensure any on-site issues are resolved and dealt with in a timely manner.
- Oversee total project to ensure it is completed in accordance with design, budget and schedule and to customers’ satisfaction
- Manage a team of 10 Service Technicians including training in customer service, invoicing, managing a fleet of 10+ service vans including inventory and housekeeping standards.
- Manage all contracts, PMA agreements, warranties, and deficiencies
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years minimum as a Service, Department or Project Manager
- Licensed Plumber is an big asset
- Bilingualism is strongly recommended
- Competent in construction concepts and terminology
- Comprehension in Mechanical and Plumbing Specification
- Committed to continuous self-development
- Demonstrates ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Competent in Computer Skills

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
