**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Automotive Technician to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the automotive repair industry. The Apprentice will work under the guidance of experienced technicians, assisting in various automotive repair tasks while developing their skills and knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties**
- Assist in diagnosing and repairing automotive issues under the supervision of certified technicians.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble and disassemble vehicle components.
- Conduct inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and repair recommendations.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance mechanical knowledge and automotive repair skills.
- Support heavy lifting tasks as needed during repairs or part replacements.

**Skills**
- Strong mechanical knowledge with a keen interest in automotive repair.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in automotive repair.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during various repair tasks.
- Basic welding skills are a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience working in a dealership setting is beneficial but not essential.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment, demonstrating a proactive approach to skill development.
