**Job Overview**:
If you have a passion for **youth** and **coaching**, join our team as a dedicated Basketball Coach Play a vital role in shaping the skills and confidence of our players. As a Basketball Coach, you will lead training sessions and inspire young players to develop their skill and reach their full potential on and off the court.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and coach beginner - intermediate players from ages 5-15 yrs old.
- Provide feedback to players about technique, understanding of the game and behaviour.
- Work with other coaches to divide drills and maintain high engagement, each session. Create game plans and strategies to maximize player success during competitions.
- Motivate and inspire athletes to work collaboratively and grow their passion for the game.
- Monitor players' progress, assess strengths and areas for improvement, and adjust coaching methods accordingly.
- Take initiative and support your co-coaches where needed.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Basketball Coach or Player.
- Basic knowledge of basketball rules, techniques, and strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey instructions and feedback to players.
- Ability to encourage players on teamwork and hard work

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
