**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Administrative Support:

- Manage office operations, including organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute reports, correspondence, and other documents
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels of office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operational workflows
- Provide general administrative support to the management team as needed

Accounting Support:

- Assist in processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Assist with preparation of financial reports, invoices, and receipts
- Ensure accurate recording and timely payment of bills and other expenses
- Track project costs and ensure proper accounting records are maintained
- Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reports

**Qualifications**:

- Preferred to have 2 years of experience in administrative and accounting roles
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Sage, or similar) would be an asset but not required
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to problem-solving
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field would be an asset

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
