SKYE CHASE Estate Winery is a boutique winery, surrounded by picturesque grounds and operating in Sparta, Ontario along Lake Erie's pastoral North Shore.

**What We're Looking For**:
We need positive, fun and reliable team players to help provide exceptional customer service in our retail store, patios, and at events. Greeting each guest with a warm welcome and ensuring they have a relaxing and memorable experience is what you do best Weekend availability is a must.

**Your Day-to-Day**:
Here's what your days will look like:

- **Lead the Way**:With your passion for wine and dedication to hospitality, you will serve as a knowledgeable and gracious ambassador for our winery, ensuring that every guest receives personalized attention
- **Retail Rockstar**: Guide guests in discovering their perfect wines, ensuring they depart not only with their favourite bottle but also with a profound understanding and admiration for the diverse world of wine
- **Daily Duties**:You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our retail space and facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and readiness for our guests. Your attention to detail and dedication to excellence will be evident in every aspect of your daily duties, from the moment we open our doors to the time we bid farewell to our last visitor
- **Stock & Sparkle**: Keep shelves stocked and the space sparkling with light cleaning
- **Wine Whiz**: Whether you're a seasoned connoisseur or just starting your wine journey, a passion for wine and a willingness to learn are essential. You'll gain hands-on experience and deepening your understanding of our unique offerings and at times as required assist in labeling our wines
- **Outdoor Fun**: Enjoy working at outdoor events and experiences, making sure guests have a blast
- **Extra Tasks**:Dive into various tasks to keep the good vibes flowing

**What makes you a perfect fit**:

- **Experience**: 1+ years in restaurant, winery/brewery environment
- **Guest Service**:Stellar skills in making every guest feel welcome and valued
- **Flexible Schedule**:Available on weekends and holidays
- **Versatility**:Excited to work at various venues, including on-site experiences, off-site events including but not limited to tradeshows and farmer's markets
- **Initiative**:Self-motivated, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks while working well in a small team
- **Team Spirit**: Works well with others but can also fly solo
- **Wine Knowledge**:Some wine knowledge is awesome, but a desire to learn is key
- **Sales Savvy**: Passionate about helping and selling to customers
- **Strength & Stamina**: Able to lift/carry 35lbs wine boxes and stand/move for extended periods of time
- **Outdoor Lover**: Happy to work outside in various weather conditions
- **Certifications**: Smart Serve Certified; aged19+; G license are must haves; First Aid Certificate and Ontario Food Handler Course are assets
- **Location**: Able to commute/relocate to St. Thomas (Sparta), ON
