**Role Description**:
Forklift Operators are responsible for ensuring safe transport of goods around the facility and are expected to fill in and/or assist with other roles if needed.

**Responsibilities**
- Expedient service of all the necessary materials to the filling/packaging lines.
- Organized receiving of materials and shipping of finished goods.
- Timely and accurate completion of all required Shipping and Receiving documentation.
- Awareness and understanding of the production schedule.
- Warehouse inventory management. (In league with the Production Supervisor)
- Observe all Safety Rules and promote a safe working environment with team members.
- Maintain strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Compliance with the company’s Production and Quality standards.
- Compliance with the company's Health, Safety, requirements.
- Other duties as assigned, which may include filling in or assisting with other roles such as General Labour, Batching, etc.

**Qualification**
- Good communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a team environment and individually.
- Ability to work in a fast - paced environment and have problem-solving critical thinking skills.
- Environmental awareness and possesses good attention to detail. Must be able to follow work instructions and all standard operating procedures.
- Possesses technical and mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent time management skills and organizational skills. Familiar with 5S and other organizational tools.
- Ability to learn how to operate multiple pieces of equipment and trouble shoot.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work. Able to lift 50 lbs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
