**Overview**
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Host/Host to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. You will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth flow of service in our restaurant. A passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills are essential to create a welcoming atmosphere.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize restaurant flow.
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions.
- Maintain an organized waiting list during peak hours and communicate wait times effectively.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, taking reservations or answering inquiries about the restaurant.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Uphold high standards of guest services, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcomed.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred, particularly in a restaurant setting.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions.
- Familiarity with food service operations and POS systems, including Micros POS is a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
