Client Relations Specialist

**Job Summary**
The Client Relations Specialist at BillboardHub is a pivotal role, serving as the primary point
of contact for all clients, vendors, and potential clients. This role is essential in managing and
nurturing relationships, ensuring seamless communication, and providing exceptional
with strong expertise in the Microsoft Suite, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Touchpoints**:Serve as the main contact for all client inquiries, managing
- **Inquiry Response**: Efficiently address inquiries related to leases, sales, follow-ups,
invoice queries, and other customer needs.
- **Information Gathering**: Collect and coordinate comprehensive details from clients,
vendors, and potential clients to ensure accurate service delivery and support the
sales team.
**-CRM Management**: Maintain and update the CRM system with detailed client data,
enhancing tracking and identifying sales opportunities.
**-Vendor Relations**:Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to facilitate
smooth communication and operational efficiency.
**-Sales Coordination**: Assist in the sales process by gathering necessary information
and redirecting inquiries to the appropriate sales representatives.
**-Invoicing and Payments**: Coordinate inquiries related to invoicing and payments,
ensuring they are directed to the correct department for prompt resolution.
**-Clarity and Communication**: Ensure all interactions are clear, concise, and
resolved promptly to avoid confusion and maintain client satisfaction.
**-Adaptability**:Embrace the evolving nature of a startup environment, continuously
refining processes to improve service delivery.
**Skills**:
- **Bilingual Proficiency**:Fluent in both French and English.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and
maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Sales and Coordination: Capable of participating in the buying and selling process
and effectively coordinating between departments.
**-CRM Experience**: Familiarity with CRM systems and data management.
**-Education and Experience**:A Bachelor’s degree is not mandatory; relevant
experience is highly valued. A collegial degree with relevant experience is also
acceptable.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
**-Sales and Customer Service Experience**: Previous experience in a client-facing
role, particularly in sales or customer service, is advantageous.
Pay: $40,000.00-$46,000.00 per year
