**Position Summary**

The Payroll Coordinator/Accounting Clerk is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation and distribution of hourly and salaried payroll for 400+ full time, part time and casual, non-union and unionized employees. The position encompasses the preparation and analysis of all monthly, quarterly and year-end payroll related reports (full cycle payroll processing).

All employees are required to perform their duties in a manner consistent with Durham Christian Homes (DCH) Mission, Vision and Values.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Payroll Administration Certification preferred
- Experience with QHR and Advanced Tracker preferred
- Must have previous experience with collective agreements
- Strong computer skills including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Good command of the English language
