**Implementations Analysts**:
**Location**Toronto, United States
Reporting to the VP of Information Technology in Richmond, VA, the Implementations Analyst will be based out of Richmond, VA and performs a variety of professional, technical and analytical duties in the onboarding and support of clients to systems that enable the electronic exchange of data. The employee is key to the successful onboarding of new clients to existing production systems and in supporting client implementations through handoff to support teams. The Implementation Analyst supports product enhancements through assisting the product teams with validation of new enhancements in preparation for expanding the scope of services for external clients.
Your job
**Your Role**:
- Support the implementation of new clients on existing products
- Coordinate the necessary resources to deliver functionality to clients
- Configure and test interfaces between internal and external systems
- Provide training as needed to external clients regarding the functionality and operations of service platforms.
- Provide project status updates and raise risks and mitigation plans to leadership
- Assist with testing new product enhancements prior to launch with new clients
**Profile**:
**Qualifications**:
- Technical experience in health information exchange platforms and interoperability concepts.
- Technical experience in software platforms such as Windows, Microsoft Azure, and SQL Server.
- Technical experience with databases and query tools such as relational databases and SQL
- Experience with healthcare data formats such as HL7, C-CDA, XML and stylesheets
- Experience with the software development lifecycle and working collaboratively with development, testing and production support teams.
- Familiarity with waterfall and Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with customer and systems support using strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to successfully communicate technical information to nontechnical users.
- Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours to support clients and product upgrades.
