What your team does:
Clio’s People Team is on a mission to build and scale a company that is both human and high-performing. Our Total Rewards team are the architects behind the design and implementation of our total rewards strategy that enable Clions to do the best work of their lives. Working closely with other areas of the business, the Total Rewards team ensures that our compensation and benefits programs align with our company’s strategic goals and meets the needs of our workforce.

What you'll work on:
- Support the execution and administration of Clio’s various total rewards programs;- Provide education and support to employees with inquiries regarding compensation plans;- Maintaining the systems and process side of total rewards, including rewards HRIS configuration and partnership with external solution providers;- Conduct research on compensation practices and trends to analyze and identify issues or opportunities for total rewards programs;- Liaise with compensation and market data vendors as required for system updates, reporting, and data submission;- Reviewing and contributing to process improvements to promote equity and inclusion across all pay practices;- Research and update compensation banding at Clio on a bi-annual basis;- Support the execution of compensation programs, including our bi-annual compensation review process;- Conduct data analysis and prepare compensation modeling and reporting to enable strategic Total Rewards business discussions and decision;- Partner with Finance to ensure the financial sustainability and budgetary alignment of our total rewards programs;- Other duties as required

What you may have:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field- 2+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or related HR functions- Intermediate to advanced-level spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets or Excel)- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders

Serious bonus points if you have:
- Experience with Workday and/or Workday Advanced Compensation- Familiarity with Compensation Surveys such as Radford and/or Pave- Experience with compensation benchmarking and salary band creation
