Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will play a critical role in managing financial risks, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic financial guidance to the management team. Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department - Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls - Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts - Conduct risk analysis and develop risk management strategies - Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable - Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial reporting requirements - Perform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies - Collaborate with other departments to support their financial needs - Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team - Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and best practices Skills: - Strong knowledge of financial services, accounting principles, and practices - Proven experience as a finance clerk or similar role - Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic insights - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team - Proficient in risk analysis and risk management techniques - Experience in account reconciliation and managing accounts receivable - Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills - Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders - Proficient in cost management techniques If you are a highly motivated individual with a strong background in finance and a passion for driving financial success, we would love to hear from you. Pay: $80,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
