Automotive Salesperson

Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing detailed information about vehicles.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients.

• Managing leads and sales using CRM systems, social media, etc.
• Meeting monthly sales targets and contributing to the dealership's success.

Requirements:

• MUST hold a validVSA License.
• MUST hold a valid driver's license.
• Previous sales experience is desired, automotive sales experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Personable with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and sales tools.

Compensation:

• The pay range is based on commissions, with earnings depending on the sales consultant's performance.
