Inside Sales Representative

**Major Responsibilities**:
- Support the Business Development Manager (BDM)/Territory Manager (TM) on prospecting and sales-related activities
- Support the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) - Salesforce maintenance
- Prioritize, respond, and organize activities related to developing sales opportunities with Customers for the BDM/TM
- Qualify opportunities by cold calling, territory penetrations, data mining, book meetings, etc.
- Support the collection of all required information from the customer to complete a specific spec sheet to create a quote
- Provide technical Unifiller product recommendations based on customer needs and industry standards.
- Assist with entering service tickets related to specific Customers on behalf of BDM/TM
- Demonstrate and explain product functionalities to potential buyers.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting basic operational issues before escalating to technical support.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of food processing machinery, automation, and industry trends
- Follow sales process, protocols, and procedures
**Qualifications**
- Experience in a sales team environment including areas such as: marketing support, inside sales, and/or direct sales motivated, desire to be developed and coached
- Diploma with a field of study or concentration in business, sales, marketing or similar
- Experience with a CRM system; Salesforce preferred
- Experience in telemarketing sales and have a strong sense of customer service
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced/multi-tasking environment
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) with the willingness to learn additional software.
- Strong aptitude towards technical equipment
- Industry knowledge (pharma, bakery, and food industries) is a plus
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills; Spanish and/or French is an asset
