Gemstone Lights is a leader in innovative lighting systems, specializing in high-quality, permanent outdoor lighting solutions. We are dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences and supporting our growing network of dealers across North America.
We are looking for a **Client Service Representative (CSR)** to join our administrative team. This role provides essential support to clients and dealers, handling onboarding, product questions, order management, and shipping coordination.
**Responsibilities**
- Answer questions about products, orders, shipping, and warranties.
- Coordinate dealer onboarding, ensuring all documentation and systems are accurate and complete.
- Manage and track orders, shipping updates, and customer communications.
- Support administrative processes including invoicing, CRM updates, and file management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Shipping, Technical Support) to ensure timely service and resolution.
- Maintain organized records and provide reports as needed.
**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, administration, or client relations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
- Experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or dealer-based environment is an asset.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

**Schedule**
- Monday to Friday
- Day shifts 8am-4:30pm
- On-site position in Calgary, AB
