**Dans votre rôle idéal, vous allez**:

- Analyser les actuels et les prévisions des heures de production et de support pour l’Usine Challenger
- Développer une gouvernance consolidée supportant les requis d’un VP/Directeur-général fonction support
- Supporter les partenaires d’affaires dans l’établissement des prévisions financières
- Participer activement aux revues financières avec les partenaires d’affaires
- Participer à l'établissement des budgets, prévisions et plan stratégique
- Participer aux différentes initiatives d’amélioration des processus
- Effectuer des analyses ad-hoc
- Vous détenez un Baccalauréat en finance ou comptabilité (CPA)
- Vous avez 3 à 6 ans d’expérience pertinente
- Vous possédez des connaissances avancées du logiciel Excel (connaissance du logiciel PBI et SAP, un atout)
- Vous avez un bon esprit d’équipe, une attitude positive ainsi que de l’initiative
- Vous êtes orienté vers les résultats et faites preuve de rigueur, de discipline et d’autonomie
- Vous avez un bon sens de l’organisation et êtes capable de travailler sous pression avec des livrables quotidiens
- Vous possédez une très bonne maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
