Groupe Volvo Canada Inc, offre actuellement une nouvelle opportunité de carrière en tant qu’**Analyste Financier**. La localisation de l’emploi est flexible et sera situé dans une des installations de Prevost (Dorval, Sainte-Foy ou Sainte-Claire).

**CE QUI VOUS ATTEND**:
Notre **Analyste Financier** relève du gestionnaire de fiscalité et de façon fonctionnelle du chef comptable. Il/Elle est membre de l'équipe de comptabilité et de contrôle, en soutien des activités de Volvo Trucks et de Mack Trucks Canada, ainsi que d'autres activités professionnelles, de fiscalité et de comptabilité pour l'entité juridique Groupe Volvo Canada Inc.

Notre **Analyste Financier** est responsable d'assurer l'exactitude et la ponctualité des rapports fiscaux, ainsi que l'exactitude et la conformité des dossiers comptables au sein de nos entités juridiques.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Analyser et préparer les entrées mensuelles afin d'en assurer l'exactitude dans les états financiers ;
- Analyser et préparer les rapprochements de bilans pour différents comptes ;
- Examiner et documenter la préparation de rapports de taxes de vente de façon prompte et exacte ;
- Coordonner et préparer les rapports de taxe d'accise, de droits sur les pneus et de frais de manutention environnementale de façon prompte et exacte ;
- Rapprocher les transactions inter sociétés mensuelles impliquant différentes entités Volvo dans différents pays ;
- Analyser et rapprocher les baux conformément à IFRS16 ;
- Effectuer d'autres activités de fermeture au besoin ;
- Participer aux audits effectués par des auditeurs internes ou externes ;
- Soutenir la préparation de rapports légaux et de conformité au besoin ;
- Établir des relations avec les partenaires internes ;
- Soutenir et participer à d'autres projets déterminés par la direction.
- Focus sur l'amélioration des processus, l'automatisation et le soutien inter-équipes.

**CE QU’IL VOUS FAUT**:

- Baccalauréat en comptabilité, en finance ou l'équivalent requis ;
- Minimum 5 années en comptabilité ;
- Expérience avec les systèmes financiers de SAP ou autre système de comptabilité de grand livre semblable ;
- Maîtrise avancée d'Excel requise et de Office 365 Suite;
- Forte capacité en résolution de problèmes:

- Facilité en analyse et documentation de processus d'affaires avec une attention aux détails
- Bilinguisme (anglais/français)
