**Job Description**:
We are on the lookout for a talented** Field Technician **to join our team in **Prince Albert** and/or **Saskatoon**. You will be working on transportation projects including roadways, highways, airports, and drainage. You will be the engineer’s representative and will be responsible for providing oversight of construction on projects.

Your duties will include:

- Onsite surveying and materials testing
- Reviewing on-site quantities
- Monitoring quality control testing
- Maintaining projects records and site diaries
- Monitoring progress and schedules
- Preparing daily & weekly reports
- Monitoring the contractor’s operations to ensure compliance with contracts, design specifications, and drawings
- Reviewing contractor work procedure submissions

**Job Requirements**:
What you will bring:

- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with monitoring and coordinating clients, contractors, and/or staff is an asset
- An understanding of active construction projects with road construction experience is an asset
- Possess a valid Class 5 driver's license
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively
