- Le **représentant du service à la clientèle bilingue français** sera un représentant parlant anglais et français. Le titulaire de ce poste est chargé de traiter un volume élevé d'appels entrants provenant de comptes et de consommateurs canadiens et américains. Le titulaire est chargé de répondre aux questions relatives aux produits et d'établir des autorisations de retour pour les problèmes de garantie et de non-garantie. Il est responsable de l'établissement et du maintien de relations avec les clients et les consommateurs en dépassant les attentes des clients à chaque appel. Une compétence professionnelle en français est requise pour ce poste.

**RÔLES ET RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Traiter les appels entrants de comptes/consommateurs par jour en dépassant les attentes des clients à chaque interaction
- Expliquer les caractéristiques et les avantages des gammes de produits actuelles et passées
- Prendre des décisions concernant les problèmes de garantie et de non-garantie et traiter les autorisations de retour dans SAP
- Vous êtes responsable du traitement des autorisations de retour pour le crédit, de l'évaluation et de la demande d'ajustements de prix pour les comptes, si nécessaire
- Traiter les transactions SAP, y compris les commandes de vente
- Répondre aux demandes de renseignements des comptes et des consommateurs concernant le statut des commandes de vente et de service à la clientèle
- Répondre aux demandes de nouvelles commandes de vente des comptes, en utilisant les compétences de vente pour faire des ventes croisées et des ventes incitatives
- Dépanner les problèmes des comptes et des consommateurs et assurer le suivi d'UPS si nécessaire
- Démontrer l'utilisation de bonnes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle afin de fournir un excellent service à la clientèle à chaque interaction
- Utiliser l'efficacité des tâches multiples pour travailler simultanément avec SAP, Outlook et les outils intranet et minimiser le temps d'attente

- Maîtrise professionnelle du Français requise pour ce poste.
- Connaissance de base de SAP-Sales Inquiry, de l'entrée des commandes et du traitement des autorisations de retour
- Solides compétences en matière de service à la clientèle et d'établissement de relations
- Capacité à résoudre les problèmes et à gérer les clients difficiles.
- Esprit d'analyse, sens du détail, flexibilité et esprit de décision.
- Capacité démontrée à travailler de manière organisée et efficace tout en étant multitâches.

- The **Bilingual French Customer Service Representative** will be an English and French speaking representative. This position is responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls from Canadian and U.S. Accounts and Consumers. Incumbent is responsible for responding to product related question and setting up return authorizations for warranty and non-warranty issues. Responsible for building and fostering relationships with accounts and consumers by exceeding customer expectations on every call. Professional Working Proficiency in French required for this position.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Handle incoming account/consumer calls per day exceeding customer’s expectations on each interaction.
- Responsible for explaining the features and benefits of past and current product lines.
- Make decisions regarding warranty and non-warranty issues and process return authorizations in SAP.
- Responsible for processing return authorizations for credit, evaluating and requesting pricing adjustments for accounts as necessary.
- Process SAP transactions including sales orders
- Respond to inquiries from Accounts and consumers regarding the status of Sales and Customer Service orders.
- Service overflow new sales order requests from accounts, using Sales skills to cross-sell/up-sell.
- Trouble shoot account and consumer problems as well as UPS tracing/follow up as necessary.
- Demonstrate use of good customer service skills to provide excellent customer service on every interaction.
- Utilize efficiencies in multi-tasking to operate simultaneously in SAP, Outlook and Intranet based tools and minimize AUX time.

**TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)**
- Professional Working Proficiency in French required for this position.
- Basic knowledgeable in SAP-Sales Inquiry, order entry, and processing return authorizations.
- Strong Customer Service and relationship building skills.
- Problem Solving and ability to handle difficult Customers.
- Analytical, Detail-oriented, Flexible and Decisive.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an organized and efficient manner while multi-tasking.

Pay: $14.25-$18.00 per hour
