Landscaping Foreman

We are looking for highly motivated and reliable Landscaping Foremen for this upcoming spring season

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise AND assist with landscape maintenance jobs and installation projects.
- Safely lead crew on jobs as crew leader, operate and drive a pickup truck and trailer.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their property needs and provide exceptional service.
- Perform lawn care services including mowing, trimming, fertilizing, weed control, and yard leaf cleanups.
- Perform landscaping jobs including carting and spreading topsoil, mulch, and other materials. As well as installing and maintaining sod, lockstone patios and walkways, garden beds, shrubs, trees, plants, and flowers.
- Operate and maintain commercial lawn care and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Organized, flexible, reliable, and dependable is highly valued.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues is valued.

**Work Site Information**:
You will be working outdoors. This involves noisy, dusty, and hot environments.

**Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities**:
This position is physically demanding. It involves a fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, and handling heavy loads. Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination will be required. Expect a combination of walking, lifting, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, and standing.

**Education**:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience is required.
