HR Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Meeting with Client Services Manager to establish recruiting requirements;
- Determine applicant qualifications by screening/interviewing applicants;
- Create, post and monitor job ads;
- Prepare HR documentation including employment contracts and job offers;
- Perform reference checks;
- Screen monthly timesheets from caregivers for accuracy;
- Liaise with caregivers as needed;
- Other duties as assigned.
- Contribute to the evaluation and continuous improvement of recruitment practices and policies
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years proven work experience in full cycle of recruiting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and turn-around times
- Excellent time management, organizational, writing, and oral communication skills are required
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proven ability to work positively within a team environment
- Critical thinking skills
- Must be tech savvy and have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
Assets
- You can work effectively in both English and French
- Recruiting experience in the health care/home care industry
