~ LOOKING FOR AN EARLY MORNING BAKER 5AM/ 6AM START TIMES ~

- GHD has been pumping out fresh, handmade doughnuts made with the gentle care of our Bakers for 10 years now. Our philosophy is to make one thing really well.
- 2 week paid training period provided.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Mixing, rolling, and proofing of all dough according to company standards
- Putting away orders when suppliers come in
- Assist team in mise en place and all other aspects of daily operations
*Morning baker position will involve more dough rolling and cutting, as well as topping doughnuts and some prep.
*Prep baker position will involve later morning, more dough mixing, general prep, EOD cleaning

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Is comfortable working early mornings (5am start times)
- Must be able to work weekends
- Positive attitude, creative, and organized
- Can work individually as well as with a team
- Minimum 1 years experience in a kitchen position
- Great time management skills
- General knowledge of pastry production
- Strong communication skills
- Able to lift over 40lbs

We offer great pay along with tips and fun staff outings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 - 40 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
