Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Manager to oversee our company's fleet operations. The Fleet Manager monitors, maintains, and improves fleet processes, programs, and assets. The Fleet Manager provides regional fleet services while providing North American support as needed.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain the condition of all vehicles and equipment in the fleet
- Coordinate with drivers and mechanics to schedule regular maintenance and repairs
- Manage fuel consumption and implement strategies to improve fuel efficiency
- Track vehicle usage, mileage, and maintenance records
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and safety standards
- Evaluate fleet performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize fleet utilization
- Provide training and guidance to drivers on safe driving practices

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Fleet Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of fleet management principles and best practices
- Proficiency in using fleet management software systems
- Ability to read schematics and diagnose mechanical issues
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
