We are using the art of crafting beer to celebrate the mosaic of cultures that make our city an amazing place. We believe that beer is a universal language spoken with many accents and are creating a unique space and flavorful beers to reflect Toronto’s vibrancy.

**Job Description**:
Our Front of House Manager will work with the senior management team to build Goldenfield’s taproom and event space into a premier hospitality experience. We are looking to welcome someone that aspires to be a trusted team member who is committed to and will benefit from the long-term success of the brewery.

Key Responsibilities as Front of House Manager:

- Create a fun, funky taproom culture and vibe by managing entertainment, events, guest collaborators, and food vendors while growing the clientele numbers and beer sales to a sustainable level and ensuring Goldenfield is noted for its exemplary and friendly customer service.
- Make the taproom and event space a safe, efficient, diverse, and fun place to work by hiring employees as needed and implementing policies, workflows, training, and scheduling that focus on employee success.
- Manage all front of house finances including the taproom budget, bookkeeping, financial reports, labour expenditures, daily cash flows, and inventory reconciliation.
- Drive community engagement with Goldenfield by maintaining an up-to-date social media presence along with other public facing communication channels.

Position Requirements:

- Five years hospitality management and supervisory experience
- Able to be on-site during taproom operating hours
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Marketing experience preferred
- Staffing experience preferred

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
