**_ WHAT YOU'LL DO:_**
- Provide inbound customer service for a leading company.
- Consistently provide a great customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Work from home opportunity
- Must speak French Canadian
- Minimum 1+ years of customer service/ call center or retail experience required
- Minimum 1-year sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have proficient computer skills
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and escalated issues
- Must respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality
- High School Diploma required

**REQUIRED EQUIPMENT**:

- A laptop or desktop (cannot be an Apple product, Surface or Chromebook) with Windows 10
- Hardwire (plug-in) to your internet source with an ethernet cable
- USB headset (not wireless) with a noise-canceling microphone
- Webcam (external or embedded)
