Construction Project Scheduler

**Competencies**:
- High level of attention to detail and results oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Works well independently, and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
Planning, preparing and maintaining construction schedules:
- Working with the project team to create, plan and direct the Baseline Schedule.
- Updating the project schedule using information provided by the project team. Site visits will be required.
- Attending and participating in internal project review meetings.
- Proactively identifying problems or conflicts in the project schedule and assist Project Managers in effectively managing a resolution.
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Residential construction scheduling experience is a must.
- Experience working as part of a construction team, preferably experience as site superintendent or project manager.
- Working knowledge of computer scheduling programs - Buildertrend Construction Management software would be an asset.
- Ability to manage the schedules for multiple projects simultaneously.
- A valid driver’s license is required
