Viscor is currently looking for a Lead Hand CNC Setup Operator with AMADA Experience (preferred) for its Afternoon Shift

(Monday to Friday 4pm to 12:30 am)

JOB DUTIES
- **Set up**and **Operate**CNC Amada or Other Brake Press and Punch/Turret Presses for sheet metal manufacturing
- Give instruction as required to support and assist other machine operators
- Blueprint reading
- Measuring of parts
- Interpreting precise measuring instruments
- Follow quality control procedures
- Check products for correct shapes, dimensions and other specifications
- Read specifications or follow verbal instructions
- Document work completed
- Clean and lubricate equipment
- Support and Assist other machine operators as required
- All other duties as may be assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Min. 5 years CNC sheet metal machine set up experience
- Blueprint reading
- Machine set up and operation
- Experience with precise measuring instruments along with imperial measuring tape
- Sheet Metal fabrication experience is required
- Safety conscious
- Fluent in English
